Size Inclusive Printed Dolman-Sleeve Notch Neck Blouse-Rosesilk

Size guide does not make sense.

Says XXL for tops is size ( 20 ) too tight. Then see they have now in plus size. But 1x size guide shows smaller measurements than XXL . I then ordered 2X which is big across the shoulders. Not sure what to do now. Sizing seems to be way off on other jeans too. Xxl n jeans fit in Blue, but same size in White or Black are 2 sizes too small. Too late for me to return. My fault for not trying on right away.
