Hailey 5 Drawers Lowboy - Rustic Brown

I am extremely disappointed with the quality control of this order. I purchased two of these drawer units and, upon opening and attempting to assemble the first unit, discovered that it is incomplete. The package is missing Part D x2, which is required for Step 5 of the assembly process. Without these parts, the unit cannot be assembled correctly as intended. In addition, one of the drawer fronts arrived damaged on the corner and specs in the printing straight out of the box. This damage was present before assembly As a customer, I should not have to source missing parts or accept a damaged product on arrival. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, goods must be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. An incomplete product that cannot be properly assembled does not meet those standards. And I have emailed twice now and not had a response
