Customer service is absolutely great, they went above and beyond to handle a lost shipment. But I must say that so far these are comfortable but not worth the price of admission in my opinion. Maybe that changes at some point but I’ve been wearing them for a few weeks and while they are comfortable I’m willing to bet there are just as comfortable options at a fraction of the price
