I love my customised insoles. I usually have around 10,000 steps in a day as they work in the hospital and having this is a game changer. Instead of buying new shoes, I can just insert my Groov soles into any shoe and I instantly feel the pressure on my heels being removed. I love the fact that it has an arc that is exactly contoured to my feet.

My feet feel so much better getting the exact support that they need. I have the highest arch, and always struggle top find s product that actually helps. I couldn't be happier with them!!

GREAT PRODUCT
I have worn them in my golf shoes, and even my slip on shoes. EXCELLENT comfort and fits my foot perfectly!
