This doll is very life like. Lovely to hold like a real baby. I’ve bought it for my grandchild she’s gonna love it and I’ll be ordering another for my other granddaughter. Beautiful outfit . Such a perfect doll. I love it for myself and I’m 64. Think old people with dementia would love this baby doll. I was a warden for the council and had a few elderly ladies that had dolls and they were comforted with them believing they were there babies. Something for them to look after. Does no harm if the elderly loves them.

It's just not what we thought it would be and my daughter was disappointed, it's not that it was a bad product it's just not what she thought so personal preference. I sent an email for a return and the staff was incredible, they offered me a refund and we negotiated on what I was happy with which was not a battle at all and received it within 48hours. Overall very impressed.
