Elk Summer Sausage - Original

I brought this with me on an 8 day - 100 mile hike around Mt. Rainier. It was perfect. The right size to put in my pocket in the morning and snack on all day. As a carnivore, it is hard to pack good foods for a trip like this. This was so tasty and good and filling for the long slogs up and down the mountains.

Very good summer sausage, just wish rolls were twice as big
