I do not recommend this merchant. The advertising was misleading and influenced my purchase decision. There is also limited transparency about the product, including where it is manufactured and what it contains. The subscription is very difficult to cancel. There is no clear process on the website, and customer service has not responded to my emails. Charges and shipments continued despite attempts to cancel. I have lodged complaints with relevant authorities, including AFCA, and requested that the matter be reviewed. Please be cautious before purchasing.
