Never Stopping This Routine!

Been taking Ingenious now for at least 3 years since I turned 60 and my skin is strong and looking good. I look after my skin in other ways too so combined with good diet/exercise/sun screen is best for me.

Innervational Ingenious
I have been using this for a year or so now. I did stop when I read the hype that taking collagen was a waste of time, but I soon noticed a change in my skin. I religiously take Ingenious now and have definitely noticed a marked improvement in my skin and nails. Wouldn't be without it.
