1 star — Loyal customer, let down
I’ve been to this store twice now and even brought my whole family along to shop here. This time I ordered a brown pair and a white pair, but when I opened the package, it was two brown pairs — no white pair at all. After being a returning customer and bringing in more business for them, this is the kind of mistake I get in return. Really disappointing. I expect better attention to detail, especially from a store I’ve supported more than once.

1 star — Wrong items shipped
I ordered one brown pair and one white pair, but the package contained two brown pairs instead. No white pair anywhere — just a duplicate of the same color. This is a basic order fulfillment error that should never happen. Disappointing experience, and now I have to deal with a return/exchange to get what I actually paid for. Please double-check orders before shipping.
