Company is ok that there bat can only handle 60 days of normal usage before it breaks. Will then require a video of your kid using the product and it breaking before they will consider replacing it. Edit: Thank you for providing a replacement, I explained the issue in the email in detail. The only way to show the issue would have been recording someone swinging the bat until it flew apart. I figured you would want that to be a child, since I am sure that the bat is not designed to handle the force of an adult swing. I’ll up the review to 3 stars since a replacement is being provided. But it should not take a public review to get resolution.

My grandson loves and works well. I want to shoutout to Banditsports because out grandson broke his hitting the ball and was very sad. So I wrote them and they immediately sent me a new one. Very happy!! On an another note, I wish I would have gotten him the bigger one but the tee popper still does a good job. It was a great birthday gift!! Thank you Linda

Item worked great for less then 24 hours. My kids pulled it out this morning to play with after just having it delivered the day prior and it no longer worked. The spring in the poppit compresses but no longer launches the balls in the air.
