Ogre Zip-Up Leather Rose Pruning Gloves – Full Forearm Protection

I went cheap when I bought my previous pair of rose gloves, and as a result I wound up having to replace them in short order. They tore, they shredded, they were difficult to put on, and when pokey things inevitably fell in i was forever trying in vain to shake them out. These leather gloves from Ogre solve every problem! Tougher, sturdier, and the zipper allows me to open them way up for a good cleaning when a dried leaf works its way inside and starts scratching. The measuring chart gave me confidence that I’d pick the right size (I did!) and I’m sure I’ll be enjoying these for years to come. I’ve told everyone in my gardening group how pleased I am, and fingers crossed they buy their own pairs and keep this husband-and-wife business blooming!

These gloves are perfect. They fit over my wrist braces and are also tight enough to wear without the braces. I’ve worn them while pruning roses, raspberries, and loganberries. The gloves provide excellent protection against thorns. They’re also very comfortable. The seams are smooth and don’t rub. Very breathable and flexible. No sweaty hands or sore spots even during extended time in the garden. My new favorite pruning gloves!

I love them! I actually bought a second pair for myself, just because. And bought 4 pair as gifts for relatives. They are fabulous gloves. The design and quality are top notch!
