Love the bathers. Good quality. BUT be aware of the returns policy. I bought a bather top and bottoms on sale. I asked to swap the size of the top the day I received the item, and was told id need to pay postage to return the item, and also pay for a new size to be posted out, as they dont do direct returns. I was then charged full price for the swapped item, rather than the original sale price, even after asking for a code as the sale had since ended. I felt like I was slogged three times out of pocket, because there is no other option to try these before you buy. I understand this is a small business, but if you have an online only store, expecting your customers to cover the return postage, the new item postage, and then not honouring the original sale price, ultinately leaves your customer with a poor experience.
