Force E1 Crankarm Assembly

The guys upstairs are great and helped me make the right purchase for adjusting my crank length. However, the mechanic messed up the front derailleur when he changed the cranks. And it’s been misaligned and chain is rubbing against the chain cage. It’s one of my favorite shops but the mechanic you get is hit or miss. Like I asked for sealant refill and a couple of other things to be done besides the installation. And the mechanic just ignored them. And the guys had to keep carrying the bike up and down.
