Panasonic VCR VHS Player Digitizing Bundle w/ Remote, HDMI, USB

This was way too confusing to assemble so I had my daughter do it. She also had to get her friend to help her. They figured it out, and it was great to see the video tapes I had not watched in years.

I have emailed 2 emails I have through the purchase but have not received a reply back yet. The VCR does not work. I have an old VCR and hooking up the cords they sent with it works on ours. I can get the cords from Amazon a lot cheaper so I would like a full refund.
