Product is good, delivery service - isn't

I like an auto-chair ordered and received. Price vs quality is great! It is also light weighted which is very convenient. Although delivery happened a week later than expected. I would appreciate if Deyan team communicate rather real than positive delivery timeline. And also not confusing dispatch time with delivery time to not give customers fault expectations
