Bleaching cream + soap

Never got my order, i ordered june 25th. Its now July 21, my label started to get created July 7. It havent moved since, i had to email woodlady, and her manager. Never got a reply from either one of them, until today i reached out to her manager and her on instagram. She finally asked me what was my order number, gave it to her. After that no respone back, but she was on live, i got on her live and started asking wheres my order. Along with a few other people, she ignored us. So we started asking for a refund, she gave us a refund but she got upset because of it. Like whatttt?

I placed my order on June 18, and now it’s July 3. I’m just now being told it’ll be shipped on Monday. Meanwhile, you’re constantly online talking about how well your business is doing, but customers are still waiting weeks for their orders. Better communication and follow-through would go a long way.
