Some Good Some Not Good

Whilst these boots look fabulous, I definitely suggest NOT sizing down if you have oedema or wide ankles and calves. This is the first time I have bought Wydr shoes that don't just fit immediately. They were far too tight around the foot and foot ball area. As for getting that zip up - forget about it. I ended up taking them to a professional shoe maker to get them stretched and then once they actually fit, with my feet in the shoe soaked them for 5 minutes in warm water. Then I walked around the house in them for a good 3 days before they finally fit well, were comfortable and the zip went up. I suggest a redesign with a discreet elastic panel to allow some stretch for women with wide feet and calf problems. Now I wear them all the time, they look great in anything from jeans to leggings or a dress. They do look stylish I have to say. Made it worth the hassle of getting them stretched out.

Toe area comfortable but upper area fits very wide. Would not wear with legging or straight leg pants.
