Cooling Mat

The cooling mat is acceptable. Hoping my car will appreciate it. As for the dog vest, some kind of error occured with original order. I did not intentionally order it. I do not have a dog. I tried every way I could find to have it removed from my order with no success! I received no answer to my requests. Now I have it, already paid for it, and now will have to find someone who would be happy to use for their dog. What else can I do at this stage other then go through the Hassel of returning it from Canada. ALSO, I found on my bank statement that my order was double paid!! Why??? Can I get a refund on one of these 2 payments?? Or was I paying 2 separate bills, for 2 items. If have thought the 2 items were included on one bill not 2, even when I did not want the vest. So yes, I am not pleased!

The pads are very light and of course arrived on a week with cooler weather so i won’t be able to see if my Pug will take to them until it heats up again. Fingers crossed!!

I thought it would be bigger, it does stay cool but he don't have any room to spare. He only weighs 45 lbs. In the picture it showed a much larger dog on it.
