I’ve had this brand of suitcase for years and years. It’s traveled the world with me. I was only trying to buy a larger suitcase for checking it in to go along with my carry on piece, but I wasn’t able to purchase just one of the two larger pieces by itself. Also, when I preferred my suitcases, the description still said that these were the type that had the battery held inside the suitcase with the cord that comes out of it to charge your phone with. When my pieces arrived, I was puzzled to why my suitcases, or at least the carry on, wasn’t equipped for this. No where in the description did it say that these company wasn’t making those bags anymore. I still like what I purchased, but at the same time would’ve liked to have been told this ahead of the arrival of my shipment. I only know now that they stopped making the supercharged luggage because I read some reviews that mentioned it. I also sent an inquiry to the company asking about this issue and have not received a response and it’s been over a week.

I really wanted to love this suitcase because the organization is excellent. The compartments and pockets are thoughtfully designed and make packing much easier than with a typical hard-sided suitcase. Unfortunately, the durability was extremely disappointing. On the very first trip, the bottom of the suitcase where one of the wheels attaches separated and broke. This wasn’t after years of travel or rough handling—it happened on its first use. When I contacted Genius Pack for a replacement, I was told that the damage was not covered under their warranty. For a checked suitcase, durability is just as important as organization. While I appreciate the innovative design and packing features, I can’t recommend this luggage based on my experience because it simply didn’t hold up to normal airline travel.

Bigger than the original...

and heavier. I am a bit disappointed. I Hope the handle at the top lasts better this time ( this is why I needed the new one ) and the colour on the website ( red ) is a lot brighter than the actual product which is darker and duller.
