Genius Pack Luggage Models

Tremendously disappointed that i participated in Genius Pack BOGO Labor Day Special and never received my 2nd item. When i reached out to Genius Pack and the carrier, UPS, both entities stated both packages had been delivered. Even in providing the photo that UPS provided shows only one box to accommodate one 2 bundle piece luggage, Genius Pack still denied my claim solely based on the feedback they received from UPS. Therefore i am unable to support and provide Genius Pack with a more positive review. Of even a greater concern it I was a repeat customer but based upon this experience i will not recommend nor will i make future purchase. If i could rate below “1” i would deem this engagement was definitely subpar. Very unfortunate.

Great luggage/ terrible service

I have several pieces of Genius Pack luggage, both carry on and checked pieces. They have held up over the years very nicely. They hold up well even with the airlines sometimes mishandling luggage. My issue is with customer service. After I checked out, I was prompted with the packing cubes. Eagerly I reacted and they were added to my order. When I saw the price , which was more than they were advertised for,I tried to cancel that part of my order. The website would not allow me to. I contacted C/S and have not had a response back. Unfortunately the return policy is 14 days and time has elapsed. Besides quality, the number 1 reason I shop with a retailer is customer service, and they have failed.

Not updated website on models

I’ve had this brand of suitcase for years and years. It’s traveled the world with me. I was only trying to buy a larger suitcase for checking it in to go along with my carry on piece, but I wasn’t able to purchase just one of the two larger pieces by itself. Also, when I preferred my suitcases, the description still said that these were the type that had the battery held inside the suitcase with the cord that comes out of it to charge your phone with. When my pieces arrived, I was puzzled to why my suitcases, or at least the carry on, wasn’t equipped for this. No where in the description did it say that these company wasn’t making those bags anymore. I still like what I purchased, but at the same time would’ve liked to have been told this ahead of the arrival of my shipment. I only know now that they stopped making the supercharged luggage because I read some reviews that mentioned it. I also sent an inquiry to the company asking about this issue and have not received a response and it’s been over a week.
