Usually adheres really well and is comfortable. I’ve also used the urBasics tape and find this one is much stretchier, which can mean more comfort, but can make it trickier to get the shape you want. Also find 5” to be difficult to handle compared to 4” so I prefer the 4” width (chest is 34DD, 5” would probably be more worth it for larger chests).
