This was a print requested by my granddaughter for Christmas. Through no fault of yours the first shipment box was damaged, by the shipper, so badly the print itself was ripped. I truly expected to have problems but your response was amazing. After providing proof of damage pictures a replacement print is on the way. It should still be here in time for Chtistmas.
