First time trying these pellets, found them to be outstanding. They burnt great, smoke was perfect a the flavor left was fantastic. Received many compliments on a prime rib I smoked with these. Only wish they were sold more locally in the Massachusetts area.

The flavor these produce are amazing. My first box I wanted to try JUST these pellets alone and I was NOT disappointed. My youngest son loves my cheeseburgers, and the second time using these pellets for burgers he asked what was different and said they tasted so much better! That sold me. I also feel like it takes about 20% longer to go through these, although that’s just a guess, I have not taken the time to scientifically test that theory.

Received package damaged from UPS with about 1-2 pounds of the pellets in the box and about 1-2 pounds in a plastic bag. I take it the other 16 pounds leaked out do to poor packaging. I reached out to chuds whom requesting pics. Sent what was requested and chuds forwarded them to smokin pecan to get a new box sent out. Smokin pecan responded days later requesting pics that I couldnt provide because what was sent was discarded because it was unusable. Chuds or Smokin pecan did nothing to make it right. I want to try them, but probably wont because this was unacceptable. I almost disputed the charge, but they can keep it and just lose me as a return customer.
