My hats were taking longer to arrive than the initially projected date and Russ reached out to apologize for the delay and assured me they were en route. That was huge plus for me knowing the company cared enough about a random customer to make a personal contact to let me know they track their products to make sure the customers receive them. I now have three of these hats and I use them for turkey hunting. The description says Hook and Loop Closure but all of mine are velcro closures on the back which I actually prefer. Nice sturdy little hats that function as the descriptions says they will. I would/will definitely purchase from this seller again and I highly recommend this company.

Love these hats. ended up ordering all three camo patterns. Solid material .well built. Easy to adjust. Short bill doesn’t get in the way when you kiss your wife goodbye. Or drawing your bow back or looking through your scope.. I highly recommend them
