This is the best one! Would have to be my absolute favourite. For someone who suffers from hay fever and gets sick all the time in winter, I put this on every night while I sleep and find it helps my breathing so much.

We use the cold & flu regularly in my grandchildrens bedrooms and it certainly makes a difference. When they have the slightest sniffle it helps to clear it up in no time. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve purchased 3 bottles of this and have gone through the past 2 and now onto the third. I use it every night and it’s definitely changed my life with the kids. The kids are at daycare age so are always catching bugs all the time but we’ve been clear from colds ever since using this. Will definitely keep using!
