They material quality is great, i was impressed. It fits a little big, so if you like loose fitting clothing go with your size, if you like an athletic fit, go a size down. For reference, im 6’ 195lbs with an athletic build and a large fits very loose on me.

I am 47 training Mauy Thai with a bunch of 20-25 year olds. We do 2hr sessions with no AC in Texas soooo yeah I get tired every now and then. My coach and teammates loved the shirt. Everyone had a good laugh.
