Probiotic Complex - Bloat, Skin & Digestive Balance

It has certainly aided digestion, but not sure it has helped my acid reflux…. Mainly because I had been doing reformer Pilates at the start of taking Glov, but think it has made my reflux worse. I have now stopped doing reformer to see if the Glov helps the reflux. Will review next month.

Haven't taken a lot of it yet since I just got off medication from hip sugery. The formula isn't bothering my stomach so far and I haven't felt any improvement on any issues, but im only just starting to take it.

Probiotic has done alot for my stomach! Will continue to use for a while. Did not like the automatic ordering I did not choose.
