Nora Suede Heels

Absolutely poor-quality shoes. The shoes came from China in a plastic bag, not a shoebox. They looked fine, but after wearing them for the first time, I found the heels are cracked and chipped. I contacted customer service several times, and there is no single response. I spent $120 on something I will never wear again.

Very comfortable and just as described

It took a long time to get them. My fault for not seeing they came from China. They came in a plastic bag which was odd and have a strong smell . Has a very different buckle and a little glue that is on my strap. I think they’re real suede, but I’m not really sure. The style is cute and the fit is decent. Definitely seems pricey for the quality. Still deciding on if I’m going to keep.
