I'm obsessed with this paring knife. The Damascus pattern is gorgeous, and the blue resin handle makes it look like a custom piece. It’s incredibly sharp right out of the box and makes quick work of fruit and small veggies. It has a nice weight to it—feels high-quality, not flimsy. Definitely a conversation starter if you leave it out on the counter. Just make sure to dry it off right after washing to protect the blade!

Beautiful and Sharp Knife

This knife is a total stunner. I bought it for the blue resin handle, which looks even better in person, but I was surprised by how sharp the Damascus blade actually is. It’s the perfect size for peeling fruit or detailed prep work. Just a heads-up: it’s definitely hand-wash only to keep that steel and wood looking good. Great mix of "workhorse" and "eye candy." 10/10 would buy again.
