Amazing, the whole experience was AMAZING!!!

So let me start by saying my first flute I ordered had some issues. I reached out, honestly not expecting to hear back. They reached back to me and asked for some pictures and a video, and almost immediately sent out a replacement. Needless to say, sometimes there’s a lemon as with any company that sells any type of product. What sets a company apart is how they handle it, and I AM SOUND knocked it out of the park. My flute is fantastic, and I have total confidence and respect for the company as well. I will absolutely be buying more from them. All around, simply FANTASTIC!!!

Before I say anything else I do want to say that I absolutely love this flute. I love how it sounds. It's easy to play. I had thought that the flute was going to come to me in pieces that I was going to assemble. It came already together in a long box. The instructions said that you should use some kind of soft mallet tap the pieces together. I found that the pieces come apart a little too easy. The little plastic clips inside that hold the sections together are on the weak side. Very carefully I attempted to try to spread those tabs apart so they would hold a little better but they broke right off. You could hold the flute together while you're playing it but if I were to walk somewhere holding it the bottom part would probably fall off... I wish the sections fit a little tighter. Now I'm considering what I can use to just fuse the sections together.
