Pen won't work

I got the pen and was very excited to use it, only for the tip to be chunky like it had been ruined. When I tried using it, the chunks came off, but the pen barely worked, almost no ink came out. I left it to sit tip down for a few days hoping the ink would flow, but there was no change. This was very disappointing, as I paid specifically for this 1 color, more than the average paper mate would cost.

Very low quality

The pens look good online but are very light in color and as soon as younuse them the tip goes flat like a pancake. ;(
