Very comfortable! Flexible soles great for walking barefoot (sockless), large toe bed for toes to spread out. Depending on the shape of your foot you may get blisters on the top of your pinky toe (i did), but they go away after repeated use/exposure. I normally wear a 7-71/2 and I ordered an 8 and they fit quite nicely. As for speaking to the grounding effect - I was skeptical given the rubber soles and unless you have a grounding meter, you dont have tangible proof. I can say with confidence that I feel calmer when I wear these daily, more present and in the moment (I walk outside daily). Definitely recommend, and I will be ordering more.
