HeatFlex Neck Pro™

I finally received “part” of my order today.. This massager is completely faulty and ridiculously tight to wear. It feels like I’m being strangled. I did Not receive my Free gifts of a pillow and eye mask and product doesnt massage at all.. there is zero movement coming from it.. Nothing!😳🤦🏽‍♀️ I had to do a redirection order as they didn’t put my house number on the package and it and I was tracking it as it was being bounced from one mail facility around to another. I just want to send it back and get my money back now. I can’t possibly recommend this product as it doesn’t work, so can only give a truthful review of my experience. Im hoping they read this and send me their return details ASAP👍🏽
