Shirt 2xl good if you lookign for it to fit like a normal xl (imo). For shorts If you Looking for a xl fit the 2xl will work but just to have a tad bit of extra room in hips go with 3xl

The clothing always a hit it’s the sizes you have to get right. I ordered my regular size but had to send it back and order it in a size up.
