I LOVE the Meredith Small. It is the perfect “medium” sized bag. It accommodates all your necessities and then some. All contents are easily accessible in the well-designed bag. There is no digging down into the bottom of a large bag to find what you are looking for. The two-zipper system opens the bag wide so all contents are visible and it holds a lot. The combination of chocolate pebbled leather and gorgeous golden brown suede is stunning. The long rolled handles are well constructed, stand up and the bag can easily be carried on the shoulder. The bag is small enough to fit on a dining table or counter, so always visible for the many compliments you will receive. I like the two extra hooks on the outside of the bag to add accessories, like the Hammitt boot. I do wish there was an optional long 52” crossbody strap available for purchase to make the Meredith totally “hands free” because that is what Hammitt functionally is all about. I do hope Hammitt is not getting away from crossbody bags and going to “shoulder only. That would be a mistake and sad too. I love this “big” small bag. The design is beautiful and functional (minus crossbody strap) and will become a favorite for many.

The bag is even more beautiful in person. I’ve already gotten compliments wherever I go.
