Ordered non invasive blood monitors , received pulse monitors , spent almost a week trying to get a returns label/ approval , keep getting offers of discounts off the pulse monitors , but no returns instruction . I don’t need pulse monitors, I want what I paid for . Polite extremely poor service

Fraudsters.....I asked for a smart meter and all I got was a simple oximeter. When I tried to get a refund all they off is a paltry 20%... this is disgusting.. I've been in touch with my bank for them to proceed with a fraud claim as they have done this to countless others..DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
