Hello! I've been using your products for a while now and have previously purchased them through your website. I've also purchased them at some gas stations where I use them weekly since I'm a truck driver. Your products are great, but this time I'm having problems with this product I just purchased (ToughTested Python MagTough Wireless Charging Glass Mount – Ultra-Flexible Magnetic Windshield & Dash Mount). There comes a time when it gets so hot that it stops charging. I'd like to know if anyone has already notified you because, like everyone else, I love your products, but in this case, I'd like to find a solution to this. I'm giving you 4 stars because your products are very durable, and I don't think it's fair to give a bad rating for just one product. Any help would be appreciated! 👍
