Superb Shorts

Raide does what everyone else doesn't: they get the small things right without sacrificing the big things. Big things: Fit is snug (almost to the point you think they run small), but turns out the fit is spot on. Snug enough so there's no bounce with the pockets full, and they don't chafe or sag even when soaked in sweat. I have a 33-34" waist and typically wear a size large. I got a large and x-large and the x-large was too big. The large was tight getting over the hips, but this fit has been amazing on runs. Fabric is light and airy, while the inner liner is smooth. Even in hot, humid weather the shorts do an amazing job of staying off the skin. Small things: Side pockets have grip tape at the bottom to help keep the flasks from shifting. The grip tape really helps when the flasks aren't full. The waistband sits low on the hips which is perfect for runs without a belt; helps keep the flasks well balanced. Works equally as well for runs with a belt because the built-in pockets of the shorts are easily accessible and the belt doesn't get in the way. The ties in the waistband actually tighten the waistband as a whole rather than just making you feel like you tied a string around your waist. Can't say enough good things about these shorts. Look forward to so many miles in them!

Best shorts I have ever tried

Always been struggling with chafing and finding the right inner short that sits good on me. After reading reviews online about the sizing running a bit tight I chosse to size up and get a Large (I am 33 inch at waist). They where way too lose and I ended up changing them to Medium which just sits perfect on me, no movement on the liner over a 4 hour run with gels & bottles in both pockets. Really excited I have found the one short for my longer races/runs and the customer support was very helpful. 100% would recommend Raide to anyone.

The best running short I've ever owned

Really well thought out pocket placement/access and very comfortable. I've only put around 30 miles in them so far but they'll be the only running shorts I'll ever buy again if they last a long time
