Absolutely love it, one of the most well made jackets I own. I’m glad I didn’t size up as it’s got an oversized puffy but flattering look. Unfortunately I saw it on TikTok with a better coupon after I ordered but regardless… love it!

The sweatshirt arrived damaged . I had to fight with customer service over whether it was damaged or not. And I asked for a refund and they want to do an exchange . If this ends in a refund I’ll be more satisfied. But right now I am aggravated. The sweatshirt zipper was broken, the sweatshirt quality is mid, and the customer service experience was a headache . I will not waste my time on an exchange . This experience was overly stressful. I wish this business well but if I don’t get the results I deserve . I will not be returning to shop from them again .
