Blanca Ruffle Top

The blouse is very well made. It is a crisp white cotton with a beautiful ruffle neckline & collar. It can be worn with jeans or dressed up with a pencil skirt or simple pleated skirt. Its collar can be great with a blazer or woven sweater. Its a great look
