My Concerns on Product Instructions

I am trying to use 2 Adapt Naturals products - Biome Protect and Colostrum. I am still waiting to get a clear answer from Customer Service as to how to use the products. The instructions on the little cards that accompany the products and the instructions on the backs of the packaging do not match. This makes deciding how to use the products very confusing. I hope someone in Customer Service will read my emails carefully and finally answer my questions.

I noticed a difference in my energy level within a week of taking this. Less bloating too! Would definitely recommend.
