I ordered a phone cover with a picture for my 14 yr old’s phone. The item a memorial gift after losing her Mum. When I received the case, it wasn’t correct and I was disappointed. However, I made contact with case express support and Lydia made it so right,.. her after sale service and support was next level and within days I had another case, the picture correction completed impeccably and the level of understanding came through in Lydia’s return emails.
