Great product
A friend had this and I ordered one for campouts and the beach. Very elegant and smart design, holds a full bottle of wine at a constant temperature. Glasses are perfectly sized and it cleans easily.

Great Product
Great product but I was unhappy with the customer service as far as the return for the original package and weigh the color selections were set up online I incorrectly ordered the wrong color selection the second time and I didn't want to go through another return so now I'm unhappy with the colors that I have and I tried to change the order about 10 minutes after I placed the order and they said they would try to change it and they never did anything with it so now I'm stuck with the color that I really don't like and I don't want to go through another return because I spent $20 to return the first original incorrect purchase which was my fault to correct the wrong both times I
