Starlink Mini IP67 Waterproof Power Outlet

Thos product does not work as intended. I am unsure if I have a faulty product or if they all design like this. But I can only get 20 V out of it, which is not enough to sustain power to a starlink mini. I tried using a shotter cable and even added a 30v booster to it. It actually brought the voltage back down to 20v. As stated i am unsure if mine is faulty or if its poor design.
