BEWARE if you have a calf size above that of extremely petite, boots from this company will not fit you. I tried to contact and work out a resolution with Lucent. However, I was told that all I can do is exchange to another boot... When ALL boots have the same calf size. Absolutely crazy for the pricepoint.
