After a false start with another customer service rep, Erin took over my order and was awesome. I've worked with her before, and she has been helpful, going above and beyond, every time, even going so far as to choose my pearls for me herself. The pearls are wonderful - a lovely luster, a beautiful, even color, and perfectly round. At 12mm, they're very noticeable, but clearly not fake, and I wear them most days. The only thing I would change is to add larger backs, as pearls of that size tend to droop. However, I'll chase those down myself, and they'll be perfect. An excellent addition to my collection.
