'IT DON'T MOVE' Waterproof Setting Powder

After being a loyal costumer to this powder for over a year now i can safely saybit is the best powder i have ever trued and will definitely buy a lot more

I must confess that I was totally impressed by how it truly lives up to its name! The moment I have set my undereye concealer with a few dabs of the powder, it did not move. Using a light hand and a few presses goes a long way in preventing creasing, and I really love how finely milled and how seamless it was!

I’m disappointed with my recent order experience. The delivery took nearly three weeks to arrive, which is much longer than expected. While I understand there was mention of warehouse movement, I was under the impression that the product was stocked in the UK, so this delay feels misleading given that expectation. The packaging was also underwhelming considering the price point. I expected a more premium presentation, but it felt quite basic. In terms of the product itself, the formula feels different from what I’m used to and does not seem any more waterproof than previous versions I’ve tried. This was another disappointment. However, my main concern is the lack of compensation or acknowledgment for the significant delay. When delivery times extend this long beyond what a customer reasonably expects, some form of goodwill gesture—such as a partial refund, discount, or credit—would go a long way in maintaining trust.
