I’ve been trying for a month to return this and they keep asking me for more things, photos, etc. which I have provided and then they don’t respond and now they’re about to send another round of billing which they already said also that they had stopped so it would be very careful about working with them now I’m going to have to have the credit card company submitted a claim in charge back

My dog passed away. I have been attempting to return the item, however, I keep getting told I need to wait a year to make sure the product works. They ignored my message regardibg my dog no longer being with me and refuse to give me my money back. Seems like theyre scammers just out ti take advantage of pet parents who are desperately trying to care for their pets. Beware, do not buy.

It is much less than other product I use for my pet. Your advertisement was good enough to make me purchase, I should’ve compared first. Did not open. Will be asking to return & obtain a refund.
