Constellations Globe

The globe's sun track line has small waves in it...it should be straight. I registered the globe warranty as soon as I received the purchase. I have gone backa and forth with emails Prisilla Rodriguez at customer support. I tried to convince her that the globe had the waves in the sun track line, I sent photos. She said that they would replace it but that they all will look like the one I have, ie, the sun track line will be wavey. Big disappointment if this is in fact an acceptable manufacturing defect on such a nice high end product. The 8.5 dia constellation globe I purchased was $550+.

We gave these to our key customers and they were knocked out with them. There is simply nothing like the MOVA globes.

This is my 4th MOVA Globe. I just find them fascinating.
