My daughter purchased a puzzle for me for my birthday from a store in Medicine Hat, AB-The quality of the pieces is incredible, and once I researched into the company’s profile I fell more in love with it! Woman supporting woman! Unfortunately my puzzle was missing one piece when I got to the end, so I reached out through their website requesting the missing piece to be sent to me so I could complete it. I received an email back within minutes explaining that was not possible but to choose another puzzle that I would like and they would ship it to me for FREE!
